The Moore County Amateur Championship began in 1944 and is the flagship championship in the Carolinas. From 1944-2023 the Moore County Amateur Championship was a mixture of Matchplay and Stroke Play events. Since 2023, the tournament will be conducted over 54 holes of stroke play, cutting the field after each round.

(After Round 1, we will cut to 45 and ties)

Day 2: Second Round - 18 Holes @ Pinehurst Resort (No. 7)

(After Round 2, we will cut to the top 24 scores - on-course playoff for ties)

 

Sunday, August 10, 2025

Day 3: Final Round - 18 Holes @ Country Club of North Carolina (Dogwood)
